For ~ 12 truffles

**Ingredients:**

- 18 Oreos

- 4 oz cream cheese (or 1/2 of an 8 oz package)

- 1 cup chocolate chips or candy melts for coating

**Instructions:**

1. Finely crush the Oreos, ensuring there are no large pieces left.

2. Add the cream cheese and mix well until the Oreos and cream cheese are thoroughly incorporated, with no white cream cheese streaks remaining. It’s easier to mix/knead with your hands.

3. Divide the “dough” into equal-sized portions and roll into balls or press into molds to achieve your desired shapes.

4. Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

5. Melt your chocolate of choice.

6. Dip the Oreo balls into the melted chocolate.

7. Let the truffles harden in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
