Which 🩵 highlighter to get? 2aN/Colorgram/Hince?🩵

I love collecting unique highlighters! I think it started in uni - my friends and I would consolidate orders for Colourpop during sales and I’d get the coloured highlighters from there 🤭 I think I even started a small trend amongst my clique and the other girls started trying coloured highlighters too so that was super duper fun 🫶🏼

Since then, I’ve found it a bit harder to explore and be more creative with my makeup in the workplace, but the collector in me still enjoys keeping them in the makeup wardrobe by my bed 😉

Recently, I was inspired by a video online where someone was sharing that AESPA Winter’s MUA used blue highlighter (likely the colorgram one featured here) to make Winter’s skin look so pure, glassy and clean in a photoshoot. I immediately added to cart and got curious about how it compared to other relatively new/trending blue highlighters in the market.

They say blue makes the skin fairer/goes super well with fair skin, and gives that 🫧CLEAN✨ look.

I’d say a shade like the colorgram one that has more silver with slight hints of blue can definitely do that, but the 2aN and Hince ones have a more unique sheen that gives a different effect - less suitable for the majority of gurlies who are looking for a good daily makeup highlighter. I do actually really like the Hince once tho for when I go out with friends on the weekend maybe😝

{Price}

If I remember correctly, the Colorgram and 2aN ones were super affordable! Less than $10? The Hince one was from a holiday collection (and also Hince is in a higher tier than the other 2 brands haha) so it was around $30+ when I got it ☺️ The Hince one actually comes in a duo pan with another highlighter but the blue itself… well it’s not a lot of product but the collector in me was willing to pay the price 🥲
