Help! My cat keeps eating my plants!

I need some advice! How do you keep a cat away from your plants? She's very interested in my succulents of all things and my common leak is no more!

Does anyone else have a solution? So far I've tried constant supervision, closing doors, and spraying the plants with a mix of water and citrus essential oils. None of these seem to be enough. She is so determined!
