To start, preheat your oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, all-purpose flour, eggs, chopped green onions, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
