Day 5 - Describe a time when you felt misunderstood. How did you communicate your feelings, and what was the outcome?

Day 6 - What is one habit you’d like to change or develop to improve your mental health?

Day 7 - How do you manage negative thoughts? Write about a technique that helps you reframe your thinking.
