NEED HELP! Reno regret: Electrical works

Hi all! May I know if it’s normal to have your electrical works quote to be above 10k for condo? It’s 13k now 🤮🤮🤮

And they have started working on it even before we agreed to the quote.

For every double socket, we are charged an installation fee of $85 + hack and conceal of electrical point $80 + hack and conceal of electrical box $20. Total $185 per socket. For every lighting point, there is also a $80 hack and conceal charge. 🤮

Is this even normal?
