Relaxing Japanese Massage That Burns Fat?!🙌

Since the trending topic now is #MySelfCare , i wanna share with you guys this Japanese massage place that i’ve been frequenting as a paying customer!!

It’s called Nadesico Beauty and it’s located at Havelock mall! I always do the 60 min hyperknife massage there on my off days and it really helps me relax + destress☺️ It’s a painless treatment and not like the traditional massages where the masseuse really uses strength to target any knots in the body. Instead, a machine with radio frequency technology is used to help burn fats! It feels slightly warm and is superrr comfortable☺️ It also has detoxing effects! Cost wise it’s about $140 per session and i go every 3 weeks or so to treat myself on my rest days:)

The therapists are super nice and the service is top notch (as expected of the japanese)! They serve drinks/tea before and after the treatment, give you a heated towel to put under your neck during the treatment (super shiok!) and you can pick from 4 essential oils of your choice (i recommend geranium/lavender for relaxation)!
