Nightcap

a while ago I used to drink the trendy sleepy drink every night before bed and i swear it used to help me get well rested sleep

- cranberry juice

- tart cherry juice

- sparkling water

- slice of lemon

however i stopped drinking it because i’m too lazy to make it every night and especially since i wasn’t completely obsessed with it, i didn’t find it worth it

i want another nightly drink like this so please comment any ideas!!
