When you grow up with Italians all you eat is PASTA.

My nana always had a pot of sauce on the stove. You could smell it from down the street. I would go to her house for lunch during high school and the only thing she would make me was spaghetti. It’s one of my favorite memories.

The kitchen was the place we would visit for hours. Forget about the couch, your booty was sitting in the kitchen. I learned how to cook at an early age and fell in love with it. It’s my favorite hobby.

We’re not a recipe family. We’re an ingredient family. We’re a “cook with your heart” kind of family. I never use recipes. (Maybe that’s why I’m a horrible baker)

So here’s the ingredients….. don’t ask me the amounts or measurements bc I couldn’t tell ya lol.

~ penne pasta

~ heavy whipping cream

~ chicken broth

~ parmesan cheese

~ sun dried tomatoes/cherry tomatoes

~ chicken (optional)

~ fresh garlic

~ onion

~ seasonings to taste
