I thought this would be just another new cafe in Singapore, but this cafe really did impressed me! There were so many videos and reviews all over TikTok & Lemon8 and that's what made me decided to try them out.

I went on a weekday around 3.30pm and the cafe was packed but I didn't have to wait as the staff was just clearing a table - lucky me!

☕️ ICED BLACK SESAME LATTE ☕️$8

I am a fan of black sesame dessert and I thought that I had to try this. First sip impression was that the sesame cream tasted different from the usual sweet cream on coffees. However, after stirring it and mixing it with the coffee, it didn't taste as good as I thought it would be. Coffee taste was strong enough and overpowered the black sesame taste.

☕️ ICED ESPRESSO LATTE ☕️ $8

My friend tried this and it was so good with a dash of sweetener they provided! The coffee strong is unusually strong (the ones I previously tried at other cafes are pretty diluted). I don't know how they made it but the coffee mixture has a thick and creamy consistent - different from a typical iced latte. This would definitely be the cup of coffee I would be ordering if I were to visit again.

🥔 TATER TOTS WITH TRUFFLE CREAM 🥔 $7

Yay to half portions available! It is always so filling to order a full portion of side at other cafes but September Coffee actually has half portions available for their fries and tater tots. I had the option of choosing to add truffle oil (+$2) or truffle cream (+$2). Honestly, the tater tots are the same as what you can get at other cafes but I like that there is a half portion and also the choice of add ons.

🦀 CRAB MEAT LINGUINE 🦀 $20

I honestly think that this would be pretty tasteless and the crab meat would be little to none. But I was so impressed! This pasta came super flavourful and tasty and I was nodding and saying ""mmmm!"" every mouth I take. Crab meat chunks were clearly visible even after mixing the pasta. I shared this with my friend and we were able to get a decent amount of crab meat each. It is a little bit oily and my pasta wasn't hot but I am not complaining because i liked it so much!

Overall, this cafe is one of the better ones I had visited with a great variety of drinks and food. I love that they have so many non-coffee options for my friends who dislike drinking coffee. If you are looking to try a new cafe or you are in the area, this is the cafe to visit!
