My Monday in Pictures

Happy Monday!

Full transparency this semester has kicked my butt but I’m trying super hard to finish strong!

While today was good, there are still the unaesthetic aspects of my day like fighting my anxiety to leave the house, napping between classes instead of doing homework, being a commuter student when it feels like everyone is away at school but take it as a reminder to be patient and kind to yourself. Tasks like doing homework at a coffee shop can be self care or it can be draining, listen to your body and let yourself have time to rest. You are doing great and deserve to treat yourself with kindness 🫶🏻

I tried my best to be as productive as possible today while still giving myself the space to relax 🤍
