š¤ My Story: I didnāt know how much I weighed I just knew I needed a change the day I stepped on the scale I knew I had to change. Thatās when my husband and I got a gym membership and decided to change our lifeās for the better.
- In January I start with cardio training walking on treadmill 30-45 minutes a day to get started. I didnāt know anything about weight training and honestly I was terrified of it.
- In February I decided I wanted to try weightlifting and I feel in love. I started slow doing small things because I hadnāt really done any weightlifting before and I started seeing a big difference.
- In march I was devastated hitting a point where I wasnāt loosing weight but I wasnāt gaining either I thought this is it Iām not going to loose anymore at one point I laid in bed and cried but I knew I couldnāt give up.
- April I finally hit 50 pounds down and I felt in control my first goal was 50 pounds and now I am pushing for 75 pounds down.
Over all going to the gym has been a great experience. When it comes to my eating habits we have been doing high protein and low carb meals and we love it. I have a sweet tooth but I have used Lemon8 and Pinterest to help me find healthy sweet foods.
