Half up Half down Hairstyle Idea

This is such an easy hairstyle and doesn’t take too much time! I started by making sure my hair was brushed out. I added some gel, and then slicked up half of my hair and pulled out the sections to do the mini braids with.

Once I brushed my half up hair back and got it in the right place, I secured it with an elastic. I also used a hair wax stick to get all the stubborn little hairs back and in the right place. After, I went in with the mini section and just did a normal braid for both sides and finished it off with a small black elastic.

Lastly, I ended up doing the bun by tying my hair in a bunch of knots over and over again. This is my FAVORITE way to do buns because I feel like it turns out perfect every time! If you want to adjust some things at the end you can add in a few bobby pins. I also left my ends out so they were a little bit spikey but you don’t have to if you don’t want to!
