Mushroom and pepper chili

This chili is a simple recipe that takes about 2 hours of your time if you cook fresh from garden and butcher to table like myself.

1st Sautee, your oyster, shiitake, and Peppers 🌶.

2nd, after you get that going start cooking your meat in a separate pan.

-make sure to befoure cooking meat put hot sauce of your choice and seasoning along with herbs 🌿 before browning.

3rd, once those are both done ✔️, get your big chili pot out. poor 1+cup of beef stock in the bottom of the pan. If you have it on hand break out that better than better than Bouillon.

4th mix meat with drained greece into chili pot, along with chili mix. Then poor in butter and all with your freshly sautéed mushrooms 🍄. Finally add the beans 🫘.

Let boil, then simmer on low for minimum half hour... more for flavor!#chiliseason #mushroom #
