welcome back to another healthy meal prep with gen 🤍 today’s menu is porridge! 🍲
to make this porridge, you’ll only need 3 ingredients which are broccoli, carrots and fishcakes! i agar agar the water level and bring two cups of rice to boil until they foam up before adding the ingredients in
for seasoning, just add a pinch of pepper, salt and also some fish sauce (optional) stir and mix afterwards
some side dishes i have are air-fried luncheon meat and also cut up some salted egg like how mui kee cuts their salted egg 😂 these are optional its okay if you do not want to pair them tgt however i strongly recommend you to pair it with salted egg as it just elevates the dish itself!
overall, this just makes a perfect lunch or dinner as this dish are packed with fibre (apart from the processed food 😂) no guilt eating this and also super yummy 😋
