1. That first cut, scrape or bruise will not be the only one, it’s only the first of 100 so keep calm.

2. The more you say no or insist how bad something is the more they’ll want to do it, just look away until they stop, lol.

3. Buy the $40 light up shoes and leave the $80-$100 on the shelf. It’s the $40 light up shoes that makes them believe they have super powers. Plus, they’ll be dirty in 24 hours.

4. When they fall, look away. They’ll recover and realize they’re fine in a few seconds.

5. They’re very picky eaters with large appetites. Always keep an emergency stash of chicken nuggets, fries, and juice.

6. Load up on all the hugs and kisses, they become too cool for it by the age of 4.

7. I’m raising spider-man,not a human.

8. You’ll be outside more than inside.

9. Capture all the moments, they grow in the blink of an eye.

10. The first friend he’ll bring home uninvited will be a dead bug or worm.
