To prep for the egg freezing process, my doctor recommended that I take Prenatal vitamins, Fish Oil, CoQ10, and L-Arginine daily to ensure my eggs are in the best shape possible before we get started. The Prenatal vitamins have caused me to break out a bit, but my nails are also feeling really long and strong. Overall, not too bad!
