Hair type: Silky, straight hair
Concern: Dandruff, hair loss, sensitive scalp
My hair problem started when I used a shampoo from brand X and it just get worse from there. Imaging playing with your hair and getting A LOT of hair strands every single time, to a point it scares me 🥲
So today I want to share to you how I overcome that problem!
🌸 Using the right shampoo!
Obviously I need to remove the main cause of the problem haha. I've tried so many shampoo but since my scalp is sensitive, they always give me more dandruff. So I fully switched to home made shampoo bar and never look back ever since!
The shampoo bar that I'm using are from Siobhan Handcrafts and I alternate between two types to tackle my hair concerns.
🌸 Applying concentrated oil
Since the shampoo bar is quite drying, I need to re-hydrate and moisturize my scalp. I use the Treecell Recovery Oil Shampoo for this! It have 9 types of oil (Jojoba, Camellia, Macadamia, Argan, Olive, Sunflower Seed, Avocado, Borage Seed, Corn) that will help to strengthen my hair and prevent it from breaking.
🌸 Applying hair tonic!
To help stimulate baby hair growth I use this hair tonic from Hello Babes! I love this hair tonic because it give cooling sensation and smells really nice too. I can definitely see baby hair growing 🤩
🌸 Massaging the scalp!
Whether during shampooing or dry, I find massaging the scalp with the scalp massager is very therapeutic. You can use your bare hand but those extra spiky thingy on the scalp massager helps a lot 😂 I bought mine The Pastel Shop!
🌸 Less is more!
I realise that whenever I use a lot of hair products, there is more build up on the scalp and the hair tends to break easier. So I rarely style my hair with hair curler and stick with the basic products!
Remember ladies, hair shedding is normal! The average person loses about 100 strands a day but we can minimize that with the correct hair care routine 😘
