Hey y’all!

This workout is for my shy gym babes or the babes that workout in a super busy gym and just need to get some work in off to the side 😅

This workout will be done in 2 circuits

Circuit 1:

👉 Dumbbell Reverse lunges (alternating)

Dumbbell Sumo Squats and Dumbbell Traditional Squats.

⚡️These exercises will be timed, complete as many reps as possible in a 1 minute time span before moving to the next exercise. Once you complete all 3 exercises, start again from the top! Complete this circuit 3 times before moving to circuit 2! 😮‍💨

Circuit 2:

👉 Dumbbell Glute Bridges, RDL’s and Jump squats

⚡️This circuit will be done based on rep counts. Complete 20 reps for each exercise before moving to the next one. Once all are completed start again from the top completing 3 total rounds!

This is a quick hitter that will have your legs feeling good 😅

I like to finish off my workout with 15 mins of cardio and a good stretch.
