Here is my current workout split! My goals right now are to unbig this back, shrink the waist and keep the booty gains 😅🍑
If you have similar goals here is a good split for the week to try!
✨M: Lower body (Glutes, hammies & quads)
✨T: Push movements (Chest, Shoulders, triceps) & Cardio
✨W: Cardio Dayyy (HIIT workouts or 30-40 mins of steady cardio) 🔑 I usually add core workouts to the end of this as well
✨Th: Pull movements (Back, Biceps) & Cardio
✨F: Lower body (Target muscle focus - usually hammie & glutes for me)
✨S/Su: Active recovery - stretching, walking, relaxing!
