Top 4 Cafes in KL that serves good matcha 🌟

Hi loves! Here are the four cafes that I would highly recommend you for matcha!

- Niko Neko KL

A popular spot that needs no introduction anymore cuz who doesn’t know this place? And if you hv yet to visit this place, here’s a sign for u do go there soon! I’ve revisited this place for a several times and I’m just in love with their matcha 🍵drink!

- Hejau, The Gasket Alley PJ

💁🏻‍♀️ Here’s one of my fav spot to drop by and just grab a matcha drink. Personally highly recommend “Matcha Tebu“ if you’re visiting this place for the first time! “Tebu” is the Malay word for sugarcane. Extremely light and refreshing, definitely one that I would crave for on a hot afternoon! 🌤️🍵

It’s also located right opposite the popular ramen spot which is The Ramen Bar Shishido. If you had a heavy bowl of ramen, do try this match tebu drink out!

- Story of Ono, SS2

We tried their '𝐊𝐚𝐣𝐲𝐮-𝐞𝐧'- This is their matcha 🙌🏻signature drink. AJISAI matcha powder is used with some strawberry 🍓purée, lychee, rose 🌹syrup, lime and the basic soda water. Strong lychee taste but not cloying, this combo is legit lit sia!!

Other than that, we’ve also tried their 𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐍𝐄 / 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚🍵 - We definitely enjoyed this as well cuz of it’s high roastiness and the hint of dark chocolate!

- Bù Tián, Kuchai Lama KL

Butian is a cafe that sells everything in matcha/ hojicha or genmaicha. It’s located above Voila at Kuchai Lama KL. Not gonna lie that it wasn’t easy to get a parking there and due to the hype and it’s popularity, I wouldn’t recommend you to visit this spot during peak hours ( unless you ready to queue🤪 ). If there’s more time that you wanna hangout there, do drop by the 📍Voila shop below Butian as they serves extremely nice cheesecake🍰 and croissants! 🥐 Do check out my previous posts about it!
