30 Minute Sheet Pan Nachos

These are simple to make. Layer everything on the pan and bake until the cheese melts. This is one of my favorite easy dinner recipes

Here’s my recipe for the cheese sauce.

6 tbsps melted butter

6 tbsps flour

1/2 tsp ground mustard

1/2 tsp paprika

3/4 tsp salt or salt to taste

8 oz block of cheese that you shred

add whole milk 1/2 cup at a time until the sauce becomes smooth and the consistency that you like

For toppings try

Homemade pico de gallo

Black olives

Avocado

Ground beef

Shredded cheese
