pasta salad season is FINALLY here!!😍

Kicking off the season with this blackened chicken Caesar pasta salad it does NOT disappoint!

What you need:

2 chicken breast, seasoned with cajun seasoning

2 heads romaine lettuce

1/2 box of pasta

11/2 cup croutons (see below)

Grated parm & shaved parm, as much as your heart desires!

1/2 bottle of @bolthousefarms Caesar dressing

Juice from half a lemon

Salt & pepper

Air fryer croutons:

I used 2 slices of sourdough, ripped into small pieces and added them to the air fryer. Spray with avocado or olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then give it a shake to get them evenly coated. After that Air fryer at 350 for 5 minutes, shake half way through!
