Super Mario Boba Pearls!

I love making video game themed boba!

I originally made this recipe 2 years ago! It's so satisfying to see the boba pearls cooked. Plus they're delicious to eat 😋

The recipe is based on Taiwanese tapioca boba, but I used white sugar instead of brown sugar so the colors would pop! I have full tutorials on my other socials if you want to try it for yourself ♥️

+2 Tbsp water

+1 Tbsp white sugar

+1 Tbsp tapioca starch

+4-6 Tbsp more tapioca starch

+Food coloring
