HOW TO MODIFY ✨
Option 1: Choose a light weight for each exercise or do no weights at all. The bench press will be easier than push-ups so keep that in there.
Option 2: If you have knee pain, don’t squat as low. Yes, the exercise wil still be just as effective for you.
Option 3: Don’t doubt yourself and try the movements out first before trying to modify.
Keep it simple, 3 sets of 15 each exercise.
For the exercises that you’re doing one arm at a time, 3x 10 each side.
