What goes up must come down!

As a DJ and entrepreneur, I’ve noticed my weight tends to fluctuate with the seasons, and it’s often a reflection of how well I’m caring for myself. When I stop and pay attention, I can clearly see that my body is a direct indicator of my mind’s state. When I look like the picture on the left, it’s a sign that I’m not sticking to my morning routine, I’m not grounding myself, eating mindfully, or getting the rest I need. Fortunately, I’ve learned to recognize these patterns. Through self-awareness—and the understanding that as within, so without, as above, so below, and what goes up must come down—I can bring myself back into balance.
