My booty used to be so toned, round and strong before that at times. I get sad it is not but to be honest I had not been putting in the work. The reason it was toned before is because I worked out a lot in the form of dance. Now that I am out of school it has been more challenging to stay active but I have found some practical workouts to keep my butt in shape.
1. Walking is my favorite form of workout. Where I live there is a hill close by so I walk up a hill. This has worked wonders for me. If you don't have a hill around you then you can alway to the stairmaster at the gym.
2. incorporate Glute bridges into your workouts. YOu can do a set of many different ones, such close legs, wide legs, or feet together that will target different areas of the glutes.
3. I also love donkey kicks plus pulses. You can get a really good butt workout when you implement them. They help lift the butt and create the round look.
