So guys I decided to make the tastiest most easy shrimp and broccoli for dinner tonight I did pair it with a side of white rice. When I tell you this taste it like I had went into the Chinese restaurant and ordered my regular shrimp and broccoli it’s definitely was a 10 out of 10.
Ingredients :
Shrimp
Broccoli
Fresh Garlic
Fresh Ginger
Soy Sauce
Corn Starch
Oyster Sauce
Brown Sugar
Water
White Rice
So first I seasoned my shrimp with the regular onion, garlic, and pepper seasonings. I soaked it in low sodium soy sauce and coated my shrimp in a tablespoon of corn starch for an hour before cooking!
I put on 2 cuts of water to until it got to a rolling boil. I blanched my broccoli for 1 minute, after blanching I set the broccoli to the side.
I chopped up some fresh garlic and ginger, mixed with oyster sauce, I also added my soy sauce, corn starch and water. I used my basic seasonings to give my sauce flavor.
I used olive oil to sauté my shrimp on both side for 2 minutes.
I added my mixture until the sauce started to thicken.
Lastly I added my broccoli and topped everything with chili peppers!
