Nestled inconspicuously behind a simple door, The Lair's entrance belies the hidden treasures within. Upon arrival, the staff discreetly guided me through a secret passage leading down to the restaurant—an enchanting journey through a dimly lit cave-like corridor, opening up to reveal a breathtaking cliffside Tapas bar.

Opting for a bar seat overlooking the lush jungle and river below, I perused the menu—a charming deck of cards presenting an array of tantalizing options. Here's what I ordered:

1. No.3 Cocktail: A perfect 10/10 blend of sourness, featuring pineapple, lime, and passionfruit—a refreshing delight to the palate.
