Sourdough discard tortillas! YUM!

My first ever homemade tortillas. Unless you count the ones I “helped” my grandma make when I was little girl. These are different, though!

I started a sourdough starter recently and now I have discard that I need to learn how to use! These were really easy and I can’t wait to try them again!

I got the recipe from a gal on tiktok. I can’t remember who it was, but if I find the video again I’ll write her handle in the comments!

Recipe:

Mix

1/2 cup sourdough discard

1/4 cup olive oil

1/3 cup water

Add

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 2/3 cup flour

Knead 2 minutes

Let sit 30 minutes

Cut into 8 and roll thin! Cook on both sides.
