75 Soft

I want to try to do the 75 soft challenge but I wanted to do my own twist on it as to challenge myself in things i should already be doing.

I took all my goals and put them in categories being

eat

drink

exercise

read

sleep

spirit

mind

and relations

I’m not trying to be too hard on myself or change around my diet or anything crazy, just want to start getting in the habit of eating the food i have at home, not drinking alcohol when i have work the next day, getting an adequate amount of sleep, and moving mg body throughout the day.
