Mexican Creamy Chicken Pasta

If you like a creamy pasta dish that’s delicious and easy to make, this one’s for you!

****Swap out the pasta for your favorite low carb pasta to make it a low carb dish****

Pasta: use your favorite, I use a penne pasta most times but I do switch it up.

Seasonings for 2 Chicken Breasts (I used 1lb of chicken thighs this time):

1tsp Salt

1 1/2tsp Black Pepper

1 1/2tbsp Adobo Hot

1 1/2tbspSlap ya Mama Hot

1tsp Smoked Paprika

1 small onion

3 small serrano peppers

3 Chile de arbol

3 Off the Vine Tomatoes

16oz Sour Cream (I was out of Mexican Crema) I thinned it out with heavy whipping cream and pasta water

Chihuahua Cheese

OMG this is so good, has a little kick to it and the cheesy pasta 🤤🤤🤤🤤
