Solo Date Ideas | Healing Edition

Good afternoon 🍋8️⃣ residents,

I LOVE SOLO DATES🎀 Going outside with me myself and I is the best way to do self-introspection and simply to have time to breathe and relax. Here are some ideas for you to start your own solo dates🙆🏻‍♀️

1- Go to public library

I usually go to public libraries when I am stressed and needed some quiet time. You don’t have to love reading to love libraries!

2- Buy snack and eat on the sidewalk

I do this a lot🤣💓 I eat my little snacks while people-watching (I am sure I am being people-watched too) It gives a feeling of belonging to the city you’re living in, and maybe can inspire you to move out if you don’t think it suits you.

3- Cafe hops!

Well usually you go with friends/partners but actually you can go alone because I say so☺️🫵🏼

4- Buy yourself flowers OR give others flowers

This is the easiest way to get the happy chemicals in your bloodstream!
