This one pan mushroom cheeseburger skillet is on another level. This is the perfect weeknight meal and best of all it鈥檚 super high in protein. It鈥檚 is creamy and delicious and it will definitely be on rotation in our house because the kids devoured it! I hope you love this one.

Ingredients:
1 lb of organic ground beef
5 cloves of Garlic
1 large yellow onion
1 pack of baby Bella mushrooms
5 slices of Swiss cheese @organicvalley
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of Feta
1 tbsp of arrowroot powder ( or any thickener)
Spices: sprinkle of salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder
1/2 cup of coconut aminos
Green onions for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large pan on medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, onions, and mushrooms, cook for about 5-7 mins until onions are translucent, then add 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos.
2. Let simmer and add your Greek yogurt and feta and mix well, then add your ground beef to the same pan and add your spices and arrowroot powder ,mix and add your coconut aminos, cook on medium heat for about 10 mins or until meat is browned, add your Swiss cheese and top of pan to let melt for a couple minutes and you have a delicious meal ready in no time! Enjoy!
