This book has put boundaries in a perspective that I didn’t know I needed. First and foremost the start of the book comes off as if they’re about to tell a full on story. It drew me in. But baby after reading and reading. It was different examples for each type of boundary that you need to set. Make sure if you struggle with codependency from family or friends.
