Easy Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl 🍣🍚🥑🤤

Obsessed with these ahi tuna poke bowls - they’re super easy to make and are so delicious 😋 I promise they’ll be a crowd favorite!

Here’s what ya need:

-rice

-furikake seasoning

-cucumber

-edamame

-avocado

-kimchi

-fresh ahi tuna (*I get mine from the seafood counter at giant eagle)

-sriracha or spicy mayo

-kewpie mayo

-soy sauce

-sesame seeds

Directions:

1. Make rice according to directions on package

2. Prep veggies - dice cucumber & avocado and heat up edamame

3. Add rice to a bowl and top with furikake seasoning

4. Add toppings - ahi tuna, avocado, edamame, cucumber, & kimchi

5. Top w/ sriracha, kewpie mayo, soy sauce, & sesame seeds

6. Serve & enjoy!
