Hamburger Buns

So my hubby wanted hamburgers for dinner and so I was like why not try and make hamburger buns!!!!!

It was absolutely easy and they look sooo good!!!!

Recipe

1 teaspoon yeast

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup warm water

2 cup flour

2 tablespoons olive

One egg

1 teaspoon salt

Combines your yeast, sugar, and water, and let it sit for about five minutes until bubbly and frothy on top!

Next, add your egg, you’re olive oil and salt! Then slowly starts to incorporate your 2 cups of flour! Knead for about 5 to 7 minutes then add to a bowl that has been lightly oiled and let rest for an hour and a half!

Divide into four balls and let rest for another hour

Preheat your oven to 350 and Cook for 20-25 minutes !!!
