Favorite Wedding Photos 🥂

My husband & I eloped October 12th and had quite an interesting experience. We had been planning our dream wedding for a year and a half, everything was in place and it was going to be a fantastic celebration with a little over 200 friends & family. Then hurricane Helene happened and our hometown of Asheville Nc suffered greatly, still is 🥺We went without power or water for days and we were some of the lucky ones that got it back relatively quickly. Unfortunately our venue and vendors weren’t all so lucky. And this is, at the end of the day just a bummer and inconvenience, lots of people lost much much more and we feel for them so deeply. So we pivoted and decided to skip town to elope and see our honeymoon through. We are still going to have our wedding next October, but my parents, especially my phenomenal mother pulled together this gorgeous little ceremony in a matter of days and the photographer we found captured the evening so perfectly and beautifully. This was a moment we will cherish forever and it was so special to share it with our families. I know there will be a lot of adapting throughout life and this was only the beginning.
