How to get away from the Miami bustle for a day

🥥 How to spend the day in Coconut Grove, Miami

Its quiet, lush and one of the oldest neighborhoods.

🌴 Head to Vizcaya Gardens and Museum. The tea room was my favourite at the Vizcaya gardens with its filigree dome roof and views of the Biscayne Bay. Built between 1914 and 1922 by industrialist James Deering with a 10 acre garden

🍝 Then head to Sapore di Mare for a lunch, they have an off menu Parmesan wheel pasta topped with truffles! Their lamb ragu special for the day was also excellent

🍕 or inside Cocowalk mall there’s a Mister O1, you have to get the stuffed crust star shaped pizza! I got mine with spicy soppressta stuffed with ricotta

🛍️ Walk off the carbs by taking a stroll around the boutiques nearby. My fav is The Showroom, with its minimalist home decor and clothing and also flip through an outpost of Books & Books.
