Best Way to Visit the Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal is a stunning place to visit. It is said to look different at every time of the day depending on how the light shines on it.

Price: 1100 INR + 200 to see the inside of the mausoleum

Best time to visit: preferably in the morning at sunrise (earliest is 5:30am). you can watch the sunrise and be free from crowds. by around 9 or 10 am you will see hundreds of people crowding the area.

How to get there: I was staying in New Delhi, and we hired a private tour guide to pick us up and take us around throughout the entire day for less than $100 usd. Many guides can be found through TripAdvisor or Viator! They know the best angles and spots and will help you take photos!

Tips: Try to bring as little as possible. It makes security go by so much faster, and when it gets busy, there were hundreds of people pushing and shoving us. Tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.
