Basque burnt cheesecakes have been trending since 2019, and ever since I got my first taste of it, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on more😋
So, for today’s recipe, I’ll be making my very own Basque burnt cheesecake, using an air fryer. Yes, it means you can make this recipe even if you don’t have an oven at home!
Ingredients:
250g Cream Cheese
60g Caster Sugar
3 eggs
10g corn flour
120ml whipping cream
Steps:
1. Soften the cream cheese until room temperature, blend it until a smooth texture.
2. Add in caster sugar to blend until mix together, then add in 3 eggs accordingly.
3. After the egg mixture was blend smoothly, add whipping cream and soft in corn flour and stir well.
4. Pour and sift the batter into a 6-inch baking tray.
5. Put the baking tray into the air fryer.
6. Set the air fryer to 180°C, and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Set the cake aside to cool, then refrigerate before enjoying!
Taadaaa! It’s definitely creamy and rich basque cheesecake made by own😍
