BAMBU FITNESS IN BALI 🏋️‍♀️

What’s up y’all~ I’m currently on vacay in Bali, Indonesia, and one of my to-do’s is to stay active. I’ve heard many good reviews about Bambu Fitness in Uluwatu, so we decided to give it a shot this morning.

I went for the Shred session which focused on full body cardio & strength. It was more of an endurance test IMO, as the format was EMOM and we just kept going without taking many breaks. Very very exhausting CrossFit class, but I enjoyed myself a lot 🤠

Each drop-in is 275K IDR (~$25 SGD) which I feel is a reasonable price for the quality of the gym and lesson!

If you’re in Uluwatu, you might wanna drop by Bambu Fitness :D they also have a restaurant/cafe in the complex, so you can grab a bite there in between your workouts. This is probably one of the (if not THE) best gyms in Bali!
