Hello! last CNY holiday i made this dumpling for my family. Everyone loves it! The crispiness of the dumpling skin and the juiciness of the meat filing make this dish have wonderful taste. A little disclaimer this is not an authentic recipe & ways to do the dumplings bcs i adjust it to my liking hehe. Let’s jump into the recipe!
Ingredients:
200g minced beef
100g spring onion
1 red onion
4 cloves of garlic
5 shiitake mushrooms
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp seasoning
1 tsp salt
Sprinkle of chili flakes
Steps:
1.Chop spring onion, red onion, garlic and mushroom finely
2.In a bowl mix all the ingredients very well
3.Using a hot pan, cook the meat filling and set aside.
4.When the filing is warm, we can start shaping the dumplings. I used a store bought skin
5.You can do it which ever style you prefer.
6.In hot pan, add in oil and fry the dumplings.
7.Let it cool and you can enjoy it! Best served with chili oil.
