Last Finished Book

📚I originally picked up this book for my codependency and for why I pick the partners I do. There was a lot more about childhood family dynamics, which I found extremely helpful. While I don’t like to label another person with a diagnosis (as I’m not a mental health professional and my loved ones are people and not a label to me), I really recognized a lot of the patterns mentioned in my family and partners. I took from this book an understanding in why I operate the way I do, and what habits and choices of mine aren’t healthy.
