This post will help you figure out if you're losing weight or managing your weight the right way.

What do I mean by "right" way?

You might have figured out that increasing your activity + eating super little would help you lose weight.

But you know what is weight made up of?

Weight = Water + Fat + Muscle + Bones

If you're doing a lot of cardio without resistance/weights, and eating way below the number of calories you need,

It's likely that you're losing muscles!

Find a workout that uses resistance about 1-3x a week and eat a diet high in protein from whole foods! You don't have to work out everyday, neither do you need to run long distances everyday to burn calories.
