“Northeast Ice and Snow Tour: Experience Sharing of Traveling in a Small Group”

Dear sisters from the south, if you, like me, are full of longing for the white snow in Northeast China, then this experience sharing may be helpful to you.

My best friend and I originally considered driving to Northeast China for independent travel. However, due to lack of experience in driving in snowy areas in the north, we finally chose to join a small tour group. After these four days of itinerary, it was truly a worthwhile trip.

🎈Tips for choosing a small group:

1. Confirm that the travel agency has a regular business license and operating permit. Don't choose an irregular one. Otherwise, when handling complaints, the cultural and tourism bureau and the supervision bureau will have cumbersome procedures and there will be no guarantee for after-sales service.

2. The contract should be an electronic contract from the national tourism supervision bureau. Paper contracts have long been abolished. Without an electronic contract, there is no way to protect your own rights and interests. A regular travel agency can let you sign the electronic contract first for free. Sign and read it first.

3. Be sure to ask the travel agency if you can get a refund of the deposit if you can't come due to a change in plan. Don't choose one that doesn't allow a refund of the deposit within 7 days before departure.

4. A small group is better than a large group. A small group of about 2 to 8 people is less crowded. A seven-seat business vehicle is more comfortable and free.

5. A seven-seat business vehicle or SUV is the first choice. You can lie down or sit. It can greatly reduce travel fatigue and make the journey more enjoyable.

6. The payment account must be the company's corporate account. If it's a private person collecting money privately, just pass it. There is no guarantee for yourself.

📅Four-day itinerary:

Day 1: Departure place - gather in Yanji.

Day 2: Yanji - Korean Folk Garden - stroll in Xueling - Erdaobaihe.

Day 3: One-day tour of Changbai Mountain - Xueronghua Park - Erdaobaihe.

Day 4: Snow rafting - exciting skiing for 2 hours - send to the station.

During these four days, as "little potatoes from the south," we fully experienced exclusive winter activities such as skiing, soaking in hot springs, having snowball fights, splashing water to turn it into ice, and taking a sleigh pulled by elk. We were completely satisfied with our longing for the ice and snow world in Northeast China.
