Crème Brûlée
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/8 Tsp Salt
👉Warm heavy cream slowly
👉Preheat oven to 325°
5 egg yokes
1/2 Cup sugar
👉Mix sugar & egg yokes together
👉remove cream from heat
1 Tsp vanilla extract
👉Add vanilla to cream mixture
👉slowly add cream mixture into eggs! Start with only 1/3 of cream to temper eggs not scramble them
👉Then add remaining cream mixture into egg mixture - stir well
👉Pour mixture into 4-6 oz ramekins and pour water half way up Ramekin in a baking dish
👉Bake for 35 minutes or until the middle is set.
👉Let cool and then place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
👉Add 1 Tbsp sugar on top of dessert and then torch to make sugar Caramelize and become crunchy
