With each new month, I like to jot down my monthly wellness goals. I find that jotting these down holds me accountable and motivates me to complete them.

Here are my october wellness goals:

1: run outside 3-4x a week ~ I’ve recently fallen in love with running outdoors. It’s a great way for me to get my cardio in, while decreasing stress. I find it so rewarding whenever I’m able to set a new PR in my mile times!

2: add color into my meals ~ adding more color variety into your meals ia a great way to ensure you are fueling your body with various nutrients! I’m trying to incorporate 2-3 different colors into my meals daily!

3: spend more time outside ~ me and my husband are currently in our “nature era” so we’ve been enjoying discovering new hiking trails! This has been a great way for us to spend quality time, while finding new trails together!
