Intro to myself💌

how often do we pause to appreciate the simple things that brings us happiness?

hi im claire! here's some things that bring me joy:

badminton🏸 - i started playing badminton a long time ago, probably when i was around 10yo and was in the primary sch cca from p4-p5? i wanted to join badminton in secondary sch too but my sch didn't offer it😔 so from then on, i only played whenever i had the time to. overall 10/10 sport, really fun and i've made amazing friends through this sport🫶.

baking🍪 - on the contrary, i've only recently started this new interest soley because i finally have an oven at home so i thought why not HAHAH but yes i found myself enjoying it. (also discovered my love for the smell of melted butter)

gaming 🕹️- i remember playing many games (mainly minecraft) when i was younger but stopped around 13yo. however, my siblings have always been into gaming. so during circuit breaker in 2020, they persuaded me to game with them, and i gave in. i started again with valorant, but i found it boring and it gave me motion sickness. nevertheless, i continued to try it time and time again to appease my siblings, and after awhile, i started to actually enjoy it. through this, i've also made great friends. they were the highlight of my day during those dull times and i will forever be grateful to these friends, even those that have drifted apart since then.

singing🎤 - i've always enjoyed singing for as long as i can remember (not that i'm good at it tho💔). from time to time, i look back at voice messages that my friend and i exchanged when we were younger. it was honestly so bad that it's funny but i still enjoy singing now HAHAH.
