Tried doing a Barbie themed pasta night.

I blended roasted beets, cooked lima beans, tahini, roasted garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper, pasta water. I made the blue one the same without the beets and just cooked the beans with butterfly pea flowers to get the blue color. I liked the color. The kids didn’t really like it🥺.
